Went to pick up car and was nothing but a fight with hateful impound department. Took 2 hours and several phone calls to get the car out. The entire process was overcomplicated and she was less than helpful. Although, I couldn’t say good enough things out of the driver. He was super helpful and skillful, without him I wouldn’t have gotten the car out.
Special thank you to Big Boys Towing and Recovery who came out to assist my niece whose vehicle wound up in a tight spot teetering on what could have been way worse. She was very fortunate to have minimal damage after running off a wet road. Bigs Boys professional staff was willing and capable to assist. They returned the vehicle to the road damage free. A professional team, with professional equipment made a tough day better. Thank you!
