I was at the corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor Michigan to attend a week-long training seminar. Several other employees as well as myself warehouse at the Holiday Inn just down the road from the facility, the accommodations were wonderful, we were catered to our every whim, we were afforded breakfast lunch and dinner each day that we were there! The facility is top-notch, the presenters and staff were excellent, very knowledgeable, and were able to answer any question that we had! We were made to feel at home and at ease while we were there! Just want to thank all the people that did help us, you are greatly appreciated!
I've had a really hard time trying to get a couch delivered from Ikea through this company. They never showed up for the first scheduled delivery time, and they never showed for the rescheduled delivery time. Nobody can seem to get a hold of the driver supposedly en route to deliver our couch, and I'm very fed up with this company. How do you run a business so unreliable? We've been told the next available delivery date is Saturday, which means we've been waiting almost a week for this company to get it together and deliver the couch we already paid for worry the service we already paid for. This company obviously does not care about its customers.
This company was subcontracted by Home Depot to deliver cabinets to my home. HORRIBLE. Calls to customer service take a minimum of 30 minutes just to get to an initial agent. And that initial agent is completely useless. Nobody is ever in the warehouse. Promised call backs never happen. Drivers can't leave a message that anyone can understand. Merchandise was left out in the open for the weather to damage since messages can't be understood and I never knew they were coming. Portions of my delivery were palleted with another order and never made it to my house. Nobody can seem to tell me where they are. Avoid at all cost if you actually want to get your stuff.
One of my kitchen cabinets came in smashed. They don’t care about your shipment. If it’s broken they just say file a claim. The paperwork is so difficult 90% will just give up. Don’t give up it’s worth the money.
Delivery person named Paul delivered 14 cases of heavy liquid bottles to my home in Ypsilanti Michigan. He put them in the back of the truck and even offered to come up to the house and take them out of the truck for me. Having recently had critical health issues I was most appreciative of his assistance and his cheerful attitude.
