Alex delivered right on time and was very nice. He insisted on helping unload even though he wasn’t required to. The trailer was in good condition and the lift gate worked well, and our product arrived in perfect condition.
Not impressed with the parking of the 115 box truck. If it gets a ding in it when I try to exit my RV are you going to blame me? I'm already parked all goofed up due to non parking panther vans. I'm straddling two spaces, and somehow your drive put her truck inches from my RV. There is a space and a half or two and a half spaces there, yet, your truck is snuggled right up. As a note, the Panther vans were driven by guys that couldn't park, so her gender means squat. Combined it's a group of crappy drivers. I did better when I was a newbie truck driver using a near no turn radius car hauler. Maybe it's your 268 truck that's on the door? 115 on the hood? I had to stand up to see the 268 on the bottom right of the driver's door. Thankfully my toilet is in the vehicle, if I had to stumble out the door to go into Pilot and bumped into that truck I'd be pissed.
Roadrunner is my top carriers everytime I have an urgent and critical load , I can trust in RoadRunner they deliver on time and can handle every situation also they always help me with option sending deadhead,etc. Everytime on time and everything during the load is more than efficiency.
