The staff was very nice and helpful. From the call center to the front door to the guy pulling my vehicle out the lot. All my belonging were in bags with labels. My daughter car seat was wrapped in plastic and nothing was missing from my car my money was in the car and other expensive items. They just do their job. In my case I am thankful I got my pick up back it was a simple fix. Thank you guys for your service. Stay safe !
I was in the Lithonia location trying to retrieve my personal belongings from the car and they told me that in order to remove the roof rack that I desperately need for work was not able to be removed due to their “policies” The lady at the front desk told me I needed permission from my leinholder which I had on the phone and they stated they did not have a problem with me taking it since it did not come with the car. The manager refused to speak to me and I never saw any documentation where this is part of their “policy”. They are liars and thieves
I can never get an answer on the phone. I habe called them multiple times to try to pick up my suv... last Friday, and again today (monday). I had to leave a voicemail for the "front desk" but I have not received a call back. Are they so busy that no one can answer the phone? I need my vehicle for work, I've literally paid everything I have, plus borrowed from relative to get it back, and I have just enough left to pay for a ride to the lot... I'm so frustrated, I just want to cry! This is ridiculous.
They towed my car to an auction yard AFTER the overdue fees were paid. They also somehow got into my car to bag my stuff before towing it to a different location. Absolutely no respect or decency from this company
Zero if i could give it..!!! Bad service!!! Don’t use them…I repeat don’t use them!! Drivers had my keys and throw the key on the grass because he’s upset that I call them out …a disgrace to professionalism
