On January 15, 2026, at approximately 6:54 PM, I had a frightening experience involving one of this company’s drivers on the 710 South near Long Beach Blvd. The incident involved truck fleet/unit number 131. The driver engaged in aggressive road-rage behavior, including speeding, tailgating at freeway speeds, flashing high beams to impair visibility, repeated honking, and following my vehicle for several minutes. I was pregnant at the time, and the driver’s actions caused severe distress and a panic attack. The driver came dangerously close to colliding with my vehicle, nearly causing a crash. This behavior was intimidating, reckless, and put multiple motorists at risk. As a member of the public, this raises serious concerns about driver conduct and safety oversight. I thought I was going to lose my life.
I ran over a pothole and popped two tires, parked outside of this business while we waited for a tow in the middle of the night. A man whom I presume to be the owner saw us as he was leaving and came to check on us, but we told him we were just waiting for a tow and he went on his way. A few minutes later, one of his employees, Lorenzo, came out and told us his boss had told him we were stuck outside and to offer to let us wait inside, use the restroom, or grab some water. This was incredibly kind - not sure if I'll ever need their services, but would recommend them purely on being good people!
Jay and Polo were very helpful in a tough situation. Our driver had 3 pallets shift in transit, after spending the better part of 2 hours calling around, sending pictures and trying to find somewhere to restack we finally found Jay and his team. We were given clear instructions and the driver was in/out and back to the receiver in not time. Thank you all!
I don’t know where others drivers delivered but I have to deliver it to WestCoast Warehousing with only 7 total docks and non of them are easy to back in without assistance from the security guard if you have a sleeper truck like mine. All the drivers has no choice but to back in from the blind side but if helped by the security guard like I had, it’s possible otherwise it’s no joke but backing into dock I would possible say, I never had this much of a trouble before in my life so make sure you back very slow and wait for the security guard instruction otherwise there is a huge chance of hitting the trucks docked next to you.
