Legal name: VICTOR 1 MAINTENANCE INC
Picked up 75 mins after the scheduled start of my PCP appointment. My return trip to home was “will call.” After 30 mins and repeated calls, I was told it would be 40mins before my driver would arrive. I call the dispatcher and put on hold while the driver was being contacted. I am currently waiting an additional 20mins for the driver to arrive. Quick Pick Transportation, you must do better!!! I am sure, that I should digitally acknowledge that I received my ride to return home. How about, the driver signed…
Trash , do not EVER schedule a ride with them unless you want it cancelled without explanation EDIT: since they responded, absolute lies I’ll tell everyone the truth, I would schedule my rides through Medicaid, Medicaid will put the appointment out there, and whoever grabs it first is the one who will be the driver. They kept grabbing my appointments on Monday at 5 o’clock and kept canceling them. I have screenshot evidence and I had to call modivcare to find out why my appointments being canceled and they said it’s the transportation provider who canceled it. They have said it multiple times and he’s lying when he says to call quick pick about it because I did and all that kept doing is not giving me an answer as to why they canceled it and kept transferring me to modivcare. I think it’s all because I reported them because they were the one who took me to my wisdom tooth removal appointment an hour away, and they kept tapping on the brakes while driving, speeding, and driving, erratically , and was literally not even from this country, and I struggled to communicate with him . Plus all the tapping on the brakes for no reason caused me to feel sick in the car. And they were also supposed to take me to my pick up a prescription. So once I get out of my appointment, my driver takes us to the wrong Walmart to pick up my prescription. Get upset with me about it and proceeded to leave me at that Walmart so he can go finish driving someone else. I just sit there still woozy from whatever they gave me and in pain waiting for a ride. I made a grievance against them. Ever since then I’ve had problems with quick pick. So as I said., if you’re a smart person do not ever deal with them. If you ever get matched up with them, cancel immediately, block them from your account.
Driver Arrived at 6:48 am for 8:00 am appointment. Driver has another pickup scheduled in Lincolnton, and could not wait The drivers are scheduled not based on passenger appointments. I was expected to be ready to be picked up, an hour and half before my appointment. The doctor's office would not have been open. I was going to miss my appointment and be charged $25. No additional pickup was scheduled. The recorded message indicated a 7:52 pick-up for an 8:00 am appointment! 🤯 QuickPick would not take my call. I called from a different number, answered immediately. Ultimately an Lyft was sent to pick me up. I was still late.
I was supposed to be picked up at 9:15, The driver got here at 10:25. Thank God my doctor had a later appointment . The guy was a terrible driver. When I called to get picked up I was told 30 minutes. I called back 3 times and was told another driver would be there to get me in 15 minutes. No one showed up. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours. I finally had to pay almost $25 to take an Uber home. This company is a bunch of liars and scammers. They even lied to the insurance company and said they took me home. I checked the MTM app and the driver put that they completed the trip. That is fraud !
For the love of God, do not use this company. I was scheduled for a ride to to be picked up at 1:30 PM. My appointment was at 2:30 PM. I waited until 1:45 PM and called the company just to be told that my driver canceled my ride because he thought that it would take too long. There was no communication whatsoever, they could have let me know that he canceled the ride at least an hour before so that I could try to get another ride. They do not care about the fees from the doctors office for missed appointments or fees for being late. I read a lot of bad reviews on this company and thought maybe they were just flukes, but apparently they’re not, it’s all true. If you use motive care or any other type of transportation for medical needs and you are assigned this company, please, please, please ask to be unassigned from this company and given a new ride company.
