Driver parked blocking the scale and several fuel pumps. It was the middle of the day and there was plenty of parking and many empty pumps, but she was too lazy to park. When your people keep causing accidents, remember that they can't even be bothered to park. Please fix this!

Driver blocked HANDICAP parking spaces and customer drive up exit. When I asked him to move, he became very rude and arrogant like he owned Sam’s Club. I couldn’t leave the parking lot. Utica, Michigan Truck D2500

This Driver needs to be fired immediately. He almost missed his exit for I 95 north in Jacksonville Florida so he decided to just merge it to my lane forcing me to slam on my brakes , And nearly making me hit the wall To avoid the collision. I have the whole incident on my dash cam. Afterwards, I got next to him to take a picture of his truck and he was laughing it off like nothing happened and also stuck the middle finger up at me. I will attach the pictures of this guy . This is what’s wrong with the transportation industry now. Companies will just hire anybody to pull their freight. This driver needs to be terminated immediately.

This is not a review of services but just a sweet story I thought US express would enjoy. I pick my 3 year old granddaughter up from daycare every Monday and Tuesday. Because I live in Ooltewah we come home right past US express on the way home. Every single time I drive past she’ll say “look grandma!! There’s the big house on the hill” it’s makes her happy and if she’s happy I’m happy! Merry Christmas to all of you at the “big house on the hill” 🎄
