Avoid at all cost if possible. My shipment has been with them for over 13 days and not one person can give me details about when I’ll receive the package. Once I was finally able to talk to a manager after constantly calling in to the appointment clerk. They then set up a delivery. So I took off work because they would need me to be home in this 4 hr window. Needless to say, they didn’t show. Back to square 1. They won’t even give you a notification that they’re NOT going to make it in the given window. Now I have no one to reach out to (customer service is useless because they will tell you the appointment clerk will call you in a few days!) and no new window of delivery.
1.Was left message by driver that he was en route for delivery with no advanced warning. 2. Delivery driver was in semi with trailer which cannot deliver where i live. 3. UPS called to reschedule delivery and requested i call back which i did 4 minutes later to only be able to leave message. 4. Message left and no call back . 5. I attempted to call 22 times this morning only to get busy signal. Pitiful service experience.
Big shout of appreciation goes to Op's Manager Jerrod!! THANK YOU FOR TREATING ME LIKE A VALUED TRUCK DRIVER!! Receiving clerk, Jenai Reyes, was very unfriendly and cared little that my trailer was supposed to be unloaded within 24 hours. Wednesday at 4:30pm she says, "Can't guarantee anything. It might be empty by Sunday..." The guy that took her place at 6pm WAS LESS FRIENDLY and downright R.U.D.E.!! They honestly seemed more interested in creating problems for an independently contracted driver than solving their problem. As a truck driver, you can bet your booties I will NEVER accept an assignment that delivers to UPS Freight Atlanta. Their security personnel were very friendly and did everything they could to assist.
