Mark does not honor his word. We were given a layover commitment after a shipper error (wrong Aldi pallets loaded). We followed all instructions, accepted a delayed delivery, and lost our Friday unload—resulting in a full weekend delay. After paperwork was submitted, the agreed layover was denied. Carriers should be cautious relying on verbal agreements with this broker.
Add Mark Cook on this list of terrible brokers. Our customer hired this brokerage company and they are ABSOLUTLEY the worst. Every single load was rescheduled because they could not cover it. I wouldn't hire these guys if they paid me. DO NOT USE. 0 stars.
They do not reimburse lumper fees, and the broker ends the call as soon as the fee is mentioned. My advice is not to work with this broker.
Great people to deal with. They will try their best to solve any issues that might arise while on a shipment for them. Have been working with Santiago for over ten years and he is truly one of the most professional guys to work with. Their whole team is great to work with. Would highly recommend.
Sat at the shipper 16 hours, they gave the wrong pu# and because of it we had to sat at the receiver for 12 hours and delivered the load to the facility 6 hours away, and still they do not want to pay anything for the compensation! no communication at all! not responding at all! even their managers are not professional! It was the first load after set up. Putting them on a DNU. I will not recommend them.
