Jamie and his crew did an amazing job installing new pool! Worked very hard, very courteous, and respectful. Informed of every step and procedure of the process that was happening! Rooster does a great job of explaining what equipment is, how everything works, answers questions, and gets work done in a timely manner.
What an awesome company, awesome people, & awesome fast service! I posted about my pool pump not working & Jamie responded immediately & sent Rooster out first thing the next morning. He had me back going in less than an hour! He was very friendly & knowledgeable! I highly recommend Tri-W!!!
Jamie and his team.did an amazing job on our pool. Tri-W has a crew that does everything in house and they are extremely respectful of your yard and home. Just tell Jamie your vision and he will run with it. No need to find a contractor for this and that, Jamie handled it all and made it easy with the confidence you want to see in a project like this. The quality of work, the little details and materials was impressive, I can not express enough the craftsmanship delivered and again the details. Our pool is truly custom and done by a special.crew. Jamie was very involved, personally involved and always reachable morning nights and weekend to answer those questions or bouncing Around the ideas.
Jamie from Tri W Pools was a pleasure to deal with, I had a new liner put in my in ground pool it came out better then I expected. His crew was top notch very professional and the workmanship was great. I also had some concrete that was slopping and cracking and had that fixed as well from Tri W it looks exactly like the rest of the pool deck. I kept my pool open all year and about 3 weeks age my pool motor went out I called Jamie and told him my pool looks so good I would hate for it to turn green he and his crew came right out and replaced my motor and I had them replace the sand in my filter wow what great service and a great price. Tri W is my pool company.
Jamie and the guys at Tri-W were fabulous...as is our pool! They worked with me until the design was exactly what I wanted. I was kept informed during each step of the process. They stick to the budget and the timeframe they give you (even with rain delays). And Jamie was always available for my questions or concerns. Overall, a really wonderful experience.
