Livonia Towing did an excellent job helping facilitate a very difficult rollback delivery. The situation on-site was not easy, and the contact at the delivery location was extremely rude to the driver. Despite that, the driver, Keith, stayed calm, professional, and focused on getting the job done the right way. It’s rare to see that level of patience and professionalism under pressure. Livonia Towing came through when we needed them and handled a tough situation with class. Highly recommend them for reliable, professional towing and rollback service.

They were friendly i don't have much experience with tow company because I normally use aaa but I wasnt home for this collision my car was towed there and stayed there for 4 days the fee was $535 so I'm not sure if that's high but they charge what they Charge for their fee overall the front counter girl was cool the fee didn't come out of my pocket be cause a friend wanted the totaled car but I did lose a car this is the 5th car in 3 years my teenage daughter totaled and I still keep buying her another one I dont know why so dont ask
I was recently in a car crash, my first. I was scared, hurt, and had no idea what to do. When I called Livonia Towing, Jacqueline was super helpful. She helped me release the car so it could be towed to my house. When I went in to pay Jill was crazy busy but helped me with patience and grace. Thank you ladies for making a horrible time a little bit better 🤗.
