This is the quality of refinishing that they did in my new construction home. I have since found out that they subcontracted the work to someone who has never done the process they were contracted for. They just sprayed over the existing finish - no sanding. The result was an uneven thick blochy coat over the existing finish that also ran/dripped. We had one of the owners from Timber Millwork come and look at the results and he said it was normal - he claimed they could come and touch it up, but I've had other contractors in and they said there is no way to make it look good now - everything has to be replaced. Of course they won't do that... so here we are.
This company has exceeded my expectations, I had an old Boston whaler boat that I wanted to fix up and I asked this company to redo the wood pieces on it. They responded very quickly when I asked them if they could do the job. Within three days they had it back to me. I am extremely impressed with the finish in the piece and extremely happy with the results. Thanks you Timber❤️
