Outstanding Service and Water Quality Upgrade! I recently had Portasoft install a Reverse Osmosis system at my kitchen sink along with a full-house carbon water filter, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and clearly explained. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The difference in water quality is immediately noticeable—crystal-clear, great-tasting water from the kitchen tap, and the whole house system has improved everything from showers to laundry. I feel more confident knowing my family is using cleaner, safer water every day. Highly recommend Portasoft for anyone looking to improve their home’s water system. A+ service and excellent products!

Great service and decent prices. They tested my water and took the results I received from a well water company and determined what was the best way to treat my well. I have no worries about drinking my water and know Portasoft will stand behind their equipment and service. I won't be left wondering how to maintain my equipment or worry about getting parts.

I had an issue with my Portasoft water softener system and the technician and owner quickly resolved and rectified the issue in a professional, timely, and kind manner. Everyone at Portasoft from the technicians to the office staff and the owner were a pleasure to deal with.

Portasoft technicians were in my home to remove the previous owners legacy neutralizer. The first issue, although minor, was one of the technicians carrying a leaking muddy bucket of water through my house, leaving a streak across my kitchen and basement floors. The second issue was upon wheeling the neutralizer tank through my kitchen. They struck, dented, and damaged the handle on my refrigerator door. The third and most critical issue was my main water shutoff valve completely failing. After the technicians left, I rested my hand on the valve handle, and it completely snapped off, spraying a huge stream of water across my basement. The attached picture is several minutes later, after temporarily taping the valve handle back in place. I had to call an emergency plumbing service to fix the issue, at my expense. After calling the company, the customer service staff reported the technicians "apologized" for the mess, and that they, "did not recall" damaging the appliance, nor "did they touch" the main water shutoff valve. The technicians made it a point to say that they are not certified plumbers after I commented on their work.

We have a unit that was installed in the 80s (so 40+ years old) i had just bought the house and the elderly lady we bought it from shut off the system because she couldn't carry the 40lb salt bags. I was advised that i might need a new system since it hasn't been used in 2+ years. James from their maintenance team came over and checked out the system and turned it on. He inspected everything and found no issues. He did mention that if the water pressure drops than i will need a new system but he did not lie to me or force me into buying a new one. I very much liked the honesty and the fact he wasn't just a guy trying to make money. Even if the system does fail because it'sbeen off for so long, at least he wasn't lying to me or pressuring me to spend thousands of dollars on a new unit.
