Ariel and his team did a great job, from the professional onsite estimate all the way through completion. They repaired uneven pavers around our pool, cleaned the patio, installed new polymeric sand, and sealed the surface. Everything was done carefully and the results look fantastic. We were very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.
Ariel and his crew were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced for our patio. He is very responsive and helpful with choices and design. I can’t give him a better rating but I would if I could. Great work, one day from start to finish. I’ll post a photo later.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to install pavers around the pool and in the driveway. The work was not done well and remains unfinished months later. They caused damage to the stucco around the house (photos attached) and will not make repairs. They left a mess around our home. Ariel, the owner, will no longer respond to calls or txts about completing the job. I am including photos of the poor quality of the job and the damage done to the stucco. Overall, our experience with this company was terrible. They are unprofessional and non-responsive. I've included photos of how they left the job unfinished. We are also contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this matter. UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: We did not ask you to look at stucco, we asked you to repair the stucco you damaged while installing pavers. You accepted responsibility and right in front of us called your "stucco guy" to set up a date for repair and he never showed up. We waited months for you to get someone out to repair the damage you caused. Also, your company does not get better because YOU give yourself a 5-star rating. Ariel and his team have done both small and large projects around my pool, driveway and walks. That has included tile, pavers and concrete work. I am impressed with the hard work and great results. Ariel has always been very responsive to my calls. I recommend and will call him for future projects.
Ariel and his team did the pavers around our pool deck and bath house and it turned out beautiful. We live on Pensacola Beach and having pavers or concrete can be quite a challenge out here due the sand always shifting. Anytime we had any pavers get out of alignment Ariel had his people come out and correct the problem no questions asked. I would not let anyone else do my paver work and would highly recommend Ariel and his crew to anyone looking for quality paver work.
