They were our first and only option for 15+ years. Appreciate them for "breaking ground" and getting us connected in the world of internet and television. It's not perfect and yet they always responded and did the best they could with what they had to offer in our small town so far from the "big city" technology. They were a big part of our success and getting word out that we were here. Thank you!
ALWAYS GO'S OFFLINE FOR HOURS AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSES! Slow Network Performance. Have multiple accounts with this provider and have noticed no difference in quality of service. Have lost service on all my accounts over 40 hours a month. Spend three hours a week logging No Service logs and writing apology emails to online employers for being dropped by this provider. HAVE LOST approximately $1400.00 in online revenue EACH MONTH due to this provider annoyingly dropping services EVERY DAY! HAVE NOTIFYED THIS PROVIDER OF THE PROBLEM, OVER AND OVER AGAIN! This Service is Worth $9.99 a month TOPPS, reminds me of dial up in 1997.
Pay your bill and don't get service until the next day. This is a first, I've had this service for over 4 years, this is the first time it takes the next day, they also have new management.
Just great people and reliable service. I have not had a single issue with there service in the two years going through them.
