Local, family owned business. Known them for years, they have complete integrity, so when our toilet failed, we called them for service. Our technician was polite, clean, fast (got it done on the first shot, always nice, but circumstances don't always allow!) and generally knowledge. For example, we bought a toilet with two separate flush buttons. But he said their experience is the low flow button doesn't always get it done, so they hook them both up to the normal flush. This was good to know / avoid! Sunshine Plumbing and Heating is a full-throated yes recommendation!
