This is without a doubt the best gun shop in upstate NY! You will not find a larger collection of military surplus firearms, and new firearms. I make the hour and a half drive regularly because there’s no where else I need to shop! The new shop is amazing and I can’t wait until they fill out the racks as much as the last shop!
I have been in the store a couple times, and each time the staff has been incredibly helpful. They have helped me find the right gun accessories, order gunpowder, and offered great shooting advice. I definitely recommend visiting Stix n Stones for any gun related needs!

Today,I went with my 21 year old daughter,who is going to be getting her pistol permit this year to check out some pistols.being a repeat customer I drove more than 90 minutes with her to hold some pistols,she has very small hands.I was told it was illegal for her to touch.please show me this law,i could not find it.. I found it is illegal to purchase,and own. i can expect this from department stores.
Amazing selection! They also hold classes for NYS Pistol Permit (CCW) and the instructor is absolutely great!
