Apparently Cal doesn't work on "no job to small" principles. I brought a simple push mower that would not start and he turned down the work without even putting it on his bench. Good thing there was another small engine guy nearby (Hopkins Repair) and not surprisingly they got it to run for me . Customer service is key for a successful business. Better luck next time
Honest, Fast & Superb Professionals! I brought in my leaf blower because it all of the sudden stopped working. I did the best i could to diagnose the problem including all the YouTube videos I could watch. I finally found Cal's through researching reviews online and was not the least bit disappointed. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and HONESTLY advised that I seek out a manufacturer's warranty for the issue. They did NOT even charge me for their time and diagnosis. I was completely taken back by their professionalism. I assure you and that Cal's is the place to bring your lawn equipment! Customer for life.
Arlan came out and immediately knew what the issue was just by looking at the rider we have... It took him 30 seconds to fix and he explained to me what happened and how to repair if a similar situation happens again! I asked him if I owed him anything and he politely said no! He only asked that I consider them in the future! We just moved to Florida and I tried a few businesses; Cal’s was the only one to return my call and discuss the matter, worse case scenario which is appropriate so we’d be prepared! Arlan, the technician, was professional and very polite and I would strongly give Cal’s a tremendous referral to anyone in need of a great lawn mower service! You made my day Sir!
