We always receive the best service when coming to Sorry not sorry, so when they opened a second location we had to come visit and they did not disappoint! My friend has a severe cinnamon allergy and the team always takes extra care when preparing her scoops. We love the milk and cereal and salted pistachio from their main flavor line up and really enjoy their seasonal ones too!
Stopped by for their soft opening and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The ice cream was the highlight—super creamy, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they care about quality. There was a fun, upbeat vibe in the shop, and it felt special being able to check it out early. I definitely recommend to check this place out.
Just have to say real ice cream is the best. Go visit and see what authentic flavors are made to enjoy. Staff is friendly ,helpful and professional. I will be going back more often with thr kids. Thank you 😊
Really good. Do yourself a favor and get the flight. It's 4 small scoops of any flavor and some waffle chips. Great way to try different kinds without having to order full size scoops. The Cookie Butter was the best one we had. Triple Chocolate Brownie and Smores were good as well. Didn't care for the pistachio.
A dedicated reviewer here, always frank. I almost didn’t review this spot because I want it all to myself. As soon as I saw those pink and white walls i knew I found a true sanctuary. There’s only very few places you can truly find something close to bliss. And….the service was something out of a movie. I was greeted immediately with the biggest smile from a staff member named Windsor. Her warm energy and passion for the scoop are one of many reasons I will now claim the title of a “regular”. She guided me through the entire menu as I am no longer able to read things from afar very well. There’s very few people patient enough to do that these days thanks to good ole social media. 12/10 helado. Intoxicated to say the least. You’ll find me here every tuesday, wednesday, and saturday. Bringing all my girls here next trip!
