The art of professional customer service has been lacking for decades in many businesses I have dealt with as a client. I didn't expect anything better from a transportation vendor I hired to make frequent doctor visits too many miles from my home. Sky-blue Transportation service was a game-changer!! The driver Mr. Larry arrived 10 minutes prior to the pickup time and promptly seated me with professional efficiency. He kept me laughing as he expertly navigated metro Atlanta's frustrating traffic issues and delivered me safely to my appointment. That 30 minute drive helped relieve my anxiety I was dealing with regarding my heath issues. My driver exceeded my expectations of outstanding customer service!! That first drive, Is now just one of many that I look forward to twice a week..... thank you Sky-blue for giving a old man a reason to smile again in this asinine world.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona. My mother lives outside Atlanta. She recently had a surgery and needed to return to the hospital. She lives in the outer suburbs and needed to go back to Emory Midtown. Mr. Larry came and picked up my mother, within the hour, and got her to the Midtown ER. On a Sunday, no less!
