We had a good experience until a dilemma developed. We changed our drop off location prior to the driver arriving, and they delivered to the original location. Their dispatcher said they would make the change and we could expect it at the new location. This was acceptable and understandable. The problem came when they sent 2 invoices for the delivery, one to the wrong address and one for the correct address. They refused to absorb the cost of their mistake and asked if we could absorb some funds since they delivered it to the wrong location.
Love these guys here at Apex. They are amazing and so helpful. I was here for work putting stickers on our trailer and they kept us amused the whole time. They even helped out with suggestions for lunch.
