Anybody that wants to get the class a license or class B I recommend Sergio Trucking School best school in the Ventura County city of Simi Valley. The instructors there Luis, Sam, and Christian hands-down one of the best instructors that they have in that school. They are very hands-on training. They have a very flexible schedule there and they also have Saturday school available. Whoever needs to go on Saturdays. The best part of the school they make sure you are ready.
I had a great experience at Sergio Trucking School. I came in not knowing how to drive manual at all, and thanks to Luis I learned from zero. Big thanks to Luis — “El Chingón Luis” — not only for teaching me how to drive stick, but also for making the classes fun with his jokes and keeping the vibe positive. Also huge thanks to Sam for being very patient with me during the skills practice. He was always friendly and made sure to explain everything clearly, always putting safety first and making sure I understood how things should be done the right way. And of course Chris, who was always giving great advice and teaching me how to properly do my downshifting. Each of them is an important part of Sergio Trucking School, and I definitely recommend it. But you have to come ready to learn and put in the effort — if you’re just going to waste time, better don’t go! 😂
Great trucking school and the best price in Ventura County. All instructors know their stuff. You’ll definitely be confident on test day. I got my Class A CDL w/ Manual without ever driving manual before. They also do Automatic and Passenger endorsement for those interested. Blessings.
