I was nervous using a new fence company however, Superior made billing review and status of the fence order easy. Then they sent out a great crew run by Lorenzo who addressed every concern I had and finished in one day. If you do use Superior ask for Lorenzo’s team to do your install.
We had a great experience with the Superior Fence and Rail company. The installers(Gabriel's team) were very professional, and paid close attention to detail throughout the job. They handled the township permit process for us, which saved us a lot of hassle, and they clearly have excellent knowledge of how to get things done the right way. The quality of the work is outstanding, the fence looks great, and they completed the installation on time while leaving the area clean afterward. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled fence installers.
Everything about the process of working with this team was amazing. The sales team coming to do the free estimate worked well, explained everything about the process thoroughly, and was supportive throughout the entire process (I asked a lot of questions and requested changes to the layout a few times). The installation team was very quick and clean. I was told it would likely be a 2.5-3 day job but they got it done in half the time, just a day and a half. They were not intrusive at all and were very respectful of my neighbors and their properties as well. My wife and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the end result, and even though we had "a lot of fence" to put in with a above average size backyard, the total cost was very reasonable. We feel that we got an amazing result for the money spent. I strongly recommend this team/company to anybody looking to add a fence to their property, regardless of style or size.
