Warning: My packages were confirmed delivered to the Miami warehouse but were never entered into the system and I never received them. Customer service only sent me back and forth between overseas offices without resolving the issue. I’m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the police so this situation can be investigated. Be careful using this service. Read the reviews below this has happened to many people. Someone at this location, scamming people and keeping packages. Packages arrive, and they are never placed in the system never sent back to sender or anything. Who is keeping the packages? This needs to be investigated on a federal level.

EPS has a serious and ongoing issue with packages being delivered to their Miami warehouse and then not being entered into their system. I have experienced this multiple times, including shipments for my child’s holidays and birthdays, and now with time-sensitive medical supplies. Tracking from USPS confirms the package was delivered to an agent, yet EPS shows no record of it. This raises a very serious question: who is receiving these packages, and where are they going if they are not being logged into the system?? Who is stealing the packages Customer service refuses to escalate or provide any real answers, repeating the same generic responses instead of investigating. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no urgency—even when medical items are involved. When packages are confirmed delivered but remain unaccounted for, that is not just a delay—that is a failure of control over customer property. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting EPS with anything important or time-sensitive.

EPS Miami completely failed to do their job and caused my daughter to lose her Christmas gifts. Multiple packages addressed to my daughter were received by their Miami office, and I have photos as proof of delivery. All packages were part of one single order, which means the boxes shared the same tracking number. Despite this, EPS only logged one package into their system and either lost or mishandled the rest. As a result, my daughter never received her Christmas gifts. What makes this even worse is that EPS took zero responsibility. Instead of investigating, checking their office, or contacting staff who handled the delivery, they brushed it off and offered no real help at all. No accountability. No effort to recover the packages. Nothing. If an office receives mail, fails to log it, and then refuses to assist even when shown proof of delivery, that is gross negligence at best. Whether the packages were lost internally or taken, the outcome is the same: their mishandling caused the loss, and they did not care. I would never trust EPS Miami with important mail, gifts, or anything of value. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable if they had done the bare minimum.

I've used their service for many years, and have had several issues lately with missing packages and delays in posting packages to my account. Some packages arrive at a later time and get posted prior to early received packages. Customer service is good, but I've lost confidence in their ability be organized and deliver without having to continuously follow up and stay on top of my packages.

The management or workers are scamming people on eBay. Beware! They just tried to say they were sending us an Apple iPhone under name Maggie Miller. They sent us a pair of socks instead. I looked up the address for where it was coming from and this was it. As looking at the other reviews for this company, I would not trust them!
