The first time I used Sandman Glass was a few years ago when I replaced all the windows in my (old) home. I had been a new, first-time homeowner and knew nothing about windows. Jenny patiently walked me through my options, answered a million questions and gave me honest, no-pressure advice over months before I finally pulled the trigger. They were a delight to work with and did a beautiful job with installation. The second time I sought their services was after I tried to find doors elsewhere in town (for possibly a cheaper price). However, my experience was so bad (I went to 3-4 other places looking for information) that I finally decided that paying a little extra was worth it and returned to Sandman. And man, was I right. I walked in there and go more information in 5 minutes than I had in all the time spent in all the other places. I immediately ordered my new sliding glass door to replace my old french doors and never looked back. The third time I returned was to get windows and doors for my garage conversion to ADU and again, I was rewarded with outstanding service, honest information, no-pressure sales and competitive pricing. They actually even did better on my door cost compared to San Lorenzo Lumber. I can't recommend them highly enough. Jenny is a no-nonsense, knowledgeable individual and I am so grateful for their help over the years. Don't waste your time trying to save a few hundred dollars. This place should be your first, and last, stop for windows and doors.
Worked with initially with Virginia, and then with Jenny, both super professional. Needed to replace a double glass window on the second floor which one of the glasses cracked for unknown reasons. The work was done fast and professionally, a fantastic crew came to my house to get it done. I could not be happier with the final result, is like: nothing happened here! thank you Sandman Glass!
