I have literally never seen drivers handle a large truck worse. They are driving at least 15 mph over the speed limit and moving in and out it traffic with no blinker. Its all fun until someone gets killed.
We were set-up in there old system ran a load with no issues back in May 2024. Ran the load without any problems. They switched over to a new carrier setup system with Highway. And all the suddenly we weren't approved because our phone # updated and safety scores? Although I called them with the my old phone number and the MC has been in existence since 2013. Jessica at ext 208 had me wait 19 min 32 seconds on hold to speak to a compliance manager only to find out. The compliance manager was busy. I really did think highly of this brokerage firm, but it shows me the lack of respect and acknowledge the compliance team does on anyone's mc#. Seems like they are pushed into making choices that are on written in there "guidelines". That certainly isn't a way to treat trucking companies. Yet alone a trucking company that was setup in your old system

My company took a load to Columbia SC for this company. The never mentioned that the place we were delivering to had no dock and the driver had to tailgate the load. Then when told about it by my company and asked to compensate the driver $150.00 for doing this, tailgate 40860 lbs in 13 pallets...they say no more than $75.00. I'm the driver that has to do this for them, I'm 55 yrs old and in my opinion that is just being cheap and abusive to the driver. Update: I appreciate that you answered this review with our email requesting the $150.00. After a phone conversation with Greg just now, we have been told that we will now be paid the $150.00, thank you Greg. Whoever answered the email, you never sent the original response of $75.00, so your response of we paid the 150 request was not true. That being said Greg mad it right and sent a rate confirmation to our company with the $150 added, so again thank you Greg for your help and listening.
New driver for these guys. So far, so good... Seems like this outfit really has their act together... Not too big, but just big enough to ensure their goals are being met. Plus I really enjoy the mantra of the, "Family first, Drivers Always!!!" Concept Looks like this is going to be a very symbiotic relationship
