Carriers do not work for this company. I did a load on January 8th 2024. Invoiced the load and asked for 3 day quick pay. 2 weeks went by and I reached out to there billing department. I was told they over looked my invoice. They asked if I would wait more 2 weeks and they would pay me the full amount, I agreed. That was February 13th 2024 and I still haven’t seen payment for the load I did on January 8th 2024.
I have been using RS Truck Line for a couple of our delivery needs. Juan has been helping us out with all delivery projects, great customer service. They are fast and very reliable. I definitely will keep recommending RS Truck Line.

RS Truck Line isn't a trustily company, they do not honored their word. we run a load for them and my truck was on the site waiting to get loaded and didn't got load because their wasn't ready to be picked up. RS Truck line didn't pay for detention and truck not use. We didn't get pay at all. When I try to call them and request a new invoice for the payment they put me on hold and never answered me again.
Company delivers on time everytime, been working with them for a number of years. Most trucking companies pick up late or not at all. But RS Truck Line show up on time all the time.
