When I first moved in my shower broke and they fixed it. When I got home I couldn’t find my cat. Come to find out she climbed into the wall and they closed it up and no one came to get her out so I had to do it while having a severe panic attack. I also went from March to June with a broken back door that wouldn’t shut and I was lucky if it locked. I had no AC from April to June and I told them. I had black mold growing in my back room in the ceiling from a leak in the roof. They also were told and no one came to fix it. There’s no communication and it’s sad.
Alysia was extremely helpful! She was able to answer all my questions, and was prompt with addressing my questions or concerns! I feel more confident in the management and feel comfortable knowing if something happens that Alysia and her team have my back!
This park is an absolute disaster. They will not fix the road which you can barely drive over. The trailers are decent until they need serviced. Then you'll wait to have anyone even contact you back. By the time that your issues are handled. You'd be better off hiring someone to do it. The staff changes out about once a year if not more. Its a good place to get you by if your in a tight spot but pass that I wouldn't recommend it. 5 years ago it was decent but anymore is down right just horrible.
We just moved in and it is so nice!! Alysia is amazing and has helped in every way!! It is scary moving out of town but she made it so much easier and I am so glad we made the move!! She is awesome!!!
The maintenance is lazy. He won’t bring my stove that I have patiently been waiting on for over a month now and yes a month is how long I’ve lived here without a stove. He claims there is no dolly and his trailer is broke. I tried calling to go pick it up myself however no one ever answers. We’ve had so many issues and when he shows up it’s an excuse on why he can’t do something. Pure laziness and there is no corporate number to call.
