Legal name: ROOFLINE INC
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - TRESPASSING AND PROPERTY DAMAGE Beyond outraged by the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by SRS Building Products. They showed up at the wrong address (a house rented out as an Airbnb) without any prior notification or authorization, and proceeded to dump thousands of pounds of heavy, large pallets of shingles on the roof. They did not knock on the door, nor did they check in with anyone. They just started working on a property they had no business being on. The renters, who have kids, were understandably terrified and confused as to why construction workers were suddenly on the roof. The owner of the property had to send a neighbor over to stop them. By that time, the damage was already done. Several large pallets of shingles were not just placed on the roof, but nailed down to the roof, causing thousands of dollars in damages to the roofing structure and the driveway from the heavy equipment. When I contacted SRS Building Products to figure out this nightmare, I spoke with Sam, the regional manager in St. George. Sam was incredibly rude, careless, and showed zero accountability from the start. After I questioned why they did not knock on the door to check addresses before starting work, Sam actually hung up the phone on the home owner. This company is careless, unprofessional, and treats residential property with zero respect. Owner now has to deal with thousands of dollars in repairs to the roof and driveway. Owner is currently in contact with an attorney and will be moving forward with legal action to hold SRS Building Products accountable for their incompetence and damages. DO NOT USE SRS BUILDING PRODUCTS.
I did a job for them and sent them an invoice September 12. The payment was due October 12. The payment was due 39 days ago, and I still don’t have my money. My emails and calls were ignored for exactly three weeks. Now they are ignoring me again. Would never recommend doing business with a company like this. Also, on another note, it’s cheaper to get material from Lowe’s.
Had issues with local distributer in Florida, Nebraska Ave Div. They won't return calls and are rude. One decent salesman gave us Corp. number. Called Corp twice left message and no return call, emailed twice and nothing. It appears local distributors follow the lead of corporate. Not how Home Depot runs their side.
I applied for a position here June 4th and heard back from their recruiter Shahista Aijaz (possibly with Heritage Recruiting?) on June 18th. I had set up an interview for the following week on the 24th. She was 10 minutes late and called me another candidate's name. We finished the interview with her saying she will get me an answer Friday. Not once did she follow up or respond to my emails despite setting the expectation of providing an answer the same week. Very unprofessional to ghost an interested candidate for a new position. The whole ordeal was almost (4) weeks of the role not being filled. Sad for the company that they didn't fill the position in that time.
ZERO!!!! If I could give SRS distribution and their subsidiary, Roofline Supply and Delivery in Fresno, California a zero I would. They parked one of their semi trucks with a hydraulic Crane on my residence driveway. As a result, they cracked the main water line to my house. The water leaked slowly then days later gushed. I had to hire a plumber and we all know how expensive that gets. SRS did not accept responsibility for my claim, therefore, I am forced to file a lawsuit. They parked on my driveway without my knowledge or permission. Driveways are not built to withstand such weight and pressure. Due to their negligence, disregard, and lazy selfishness I am stuck with the bill. I do not recommend this company. Contractors be aware, I checked with my insurance company and my attorneys they say that the primary contractor can be named in the lawsuit.
