This place is a joke,if you have live load wait for at least 3 hours.You have to drop trailer at the end of warehouse in green parking lanes.Then wait for hours.You can wait besides the drop trailer’s lot. One lady at security is really rude. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
This driver cut me off today on i30 east bound and decided to flip me off for recording him!
This is a Frito ray DC in Dallas TX it’s everything ins TX is huge this is huge facility if u come from 1-30 west to 1-635 west to 1-20 u will take exit 462 once u take the exit u will come to a traffic stop light go straight about 0.2 miles there is traffic lights this is duncansville road turn right about 2.5 miles facility will be on ur right
Ok, appointment at 6 pm get here at 5pm it's now 11:30pm my question is, what is the point of an appointment if they don't follow it? I checked on my trailer at 10 pm. and was told they have not even touched it. I only have 13 PALLETS on. Nice people at the gate and clean bathroom, so don't understand why so long for unloading a LIVE load? Update 11 1/2 hours LATER was told I can pick up my trailer. Haha 😄
This review is for a drop and hook load with a common carrier. I rolled up, security was very polite, showed me exactly where I needed to go, told me exactly where my empty would be. What really made it was the gesture at the end. I was having a bad day due to slow freight, but the kindness at the gate went a long way to make up for it. They gave me a bag with some snacks and a Gatorade in it for driver appreciation week. It’s not a huge sacrifice for that company to make, but it went a long way to cheer me up at least. I look forward to pulling for Frito-Lay again.
