This company is a joke. I called to ask if It was okay for For Rain drain pipes to be connected to sewer pipes.And they said no .I told him that the house behind me was tied in to the sewer pipes.And they're like.What do you want me to do about it . Maybe your job So I will be contacting the environmental protection agency .... Thanks for the help rock crap
Incompetent and untrustworthy. Submit claims and they don’t even submit them to their insurance. Pray you don’t have a sewage back up because they will not do anything but take your money for service but do nothing to maintain their infrastructure. Pump black water into creeks instead.
My biggest complaint is the difficulty with billing. Half the time I don't receive the bill in the mail until after it's due. You cannot look up your bill online, you can only pay when you get your physical bill and see the exact amount. Please make your online billing more user friendly.
You can't sign up for autopay unless you have an old school checkbook that they can take a voided check from. I don't think most people have a physical paper checkbook anymore, so nobody has autopay. They said they would take a document from my bank with my name and information on it, but when I brought them one they said it wasn't good enough.
