My tire abruptly popped leaving me stranded along the side of the road. I was picked up on the guys day off. The original ETA was b/w 2:55 pm to 4:30p. I was so nervous. Most tire shops closed at 5p. Within 20 to 30 minutes of getting in touch with RMP Towing I was picked up. He got me to the tire shop by 2:30p. He was unbelievably fast! He made sure I was safe, knew where I was going, even suggested different places to go if I was unsure. He made sure I got to my destination safely and was incredibly nice to me. Being from out of town it was nice to talk to a local who gave advice. I would call him in an instant! One of the best experiences I’ve had with a person helping me in a tow truck.
Highly recommend. Quick to respond and get the job done. I initially texted the details and to see if they were available (which I loved this option). They responded and I gave them a call to confirm. They arrived, at my son’s truck that wouldn’t start, within 15 minutes. I was able to conveniently pay and it was towed to a local garage.
