Would not recommend working with this broker. Our driver had a 6 am appointment, the broker did not inform us that it was a driver unload with a lift gate in a parking lot. Broker also failed to notify our company that their unload crew was going to be over an hour late. When quoted the adjusted cost of a lift gate load with a driver assist, they refused to pay for the additional, instead stating that they would only pay 25% of the additional cost. Their attitude towards the entire situation was completely unprofessional.
Stay away from this broker, they lie to you to get you to do the load. They told me I had a 40k load when it was a 44k load and also told me I had an open appointment for pick up. Wasted 4 hrs on a p/u with no detention pay
