I love this company they come in ready to fix the problem everyone on the team knows what needs to be done and I can relax and not worry about any problems. They are a great team and hard workers! Truly easy simple service! Won’t go to anyone else. Recommend 10/10.
Fred, Suzanne, and the guys always do a great job. I use these folks for my office too. They always do a good job, value for your money and most of all they care about their work. New furnace, New Central A/C unit, New Water heater, facets I bought online, all installed perfectly. Good communication and quality work. Really can't say enough about how I trust them for work on my home and office.
Gave us a very honest assessment of the plumbing in out new home. Suzanne was highly responsive throughout the whole process. We appreciate that they gave us fair choices on how to address our hot water heater and washer. Will continue to work with them and would share them with a friend. They are different from most plumbers who try to upsell you. Very upfront.
Was a client for 18 years until they hung up the phone on me because I dared politely complain about a miscommunication relating to a major project that has resulted (so far) in a very serious heating problem. They claimed I "called them liars" but of course that is not what I did. And I'm sure it might have been resolved had they not hung up on me. I don't like writing negative reviews and have been appreciative of them in the past. But they seem alarmingly confident of their customer base. I have always had a good relationship with them, then suddenly they became churlish and vindictive. In fact, they fired me! Personally I found this shocking, especially because the problem was entirely because of their repeated misdiagnosis of the heating problem, and then failure to communicate about time frames on the arrival of parts. Sadly, I can only rate them unacceptable.
The installation is good but the after sales service is not. They are so busy that you have to wait a month or so to get someone to come and fix.
