These guys have always done a great job for us here at Steel Mart. Review way past due...My contact at We Know Logistics. LLC Brian Reno he is one of my FAVORITE brokers. He knows his stuff. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He may not remember this but back in 2017 I dispatched for a Carrier who got into a situation This problem delayed the delivery in which the Carrier was to miss a crane appointment. I had just started out with Dispatching and the Carrier was new as well. I DID NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS CALL TO BRIAN because he was adamant about the appointment. When I called and explained to him the situation I was in tears. He gave me a pep talk and sprung into action. He had the load recovered and kept his customer Happy. He then continued contacting me check in to see if Driver and myself were OK. What broker does that... EXACTLY!! Thank you Brian for taking care of us and being so understand in my time of need.
