Nice friendly staff. You have to hand in keys for unloading. You can park overnight in front of docks. Porta is also available outside.

Shipping & Receiving employees are friendly but company’s policies are not friendly for truckers. They have “No Public Restroom” signs on both Shipping and Receiving driver’s entrance doors but they don’t even provide Porta Potty outside. They have you shut the truck off and hand them truck keys while you are backed on the dock, but they don’t provide a place for drivers to stay while for them to get loaded/unloaded. I delivered 3 pieces of machinery, took them 1.5 hours to unload, I had to wait in the truck getting cold, temperature outside was -3 degrees. I wish there was a way to report them to OSHA as unsafe conditions for drivers. We are OK with not using their restrooms and shutting off the truck, but they should provide a Porta Potty outside and a warm place for drivers to stay while getting loaded/unloaded.
