TOWING CARS

I was stuck away from my house in 100F+ weather after my car just stopped working. I called another place first who said they could get there in 1.5 hr, and then called Kimball’s who estimated 20-25 mins. They arrived in about 15 mins and not only that, but David was so nice! He drove me to my house so I could pick up somethings then we met him at the dealership. Payment was super simple and price was reasonable. I would recommend them a million times!!! Thank you so much for making my not so great event pleasant. :)

We had an issue with one of our cars last night. My husband called to arrange the tow. David was very professional and friendly. He was on a call, but told us that he would text us when he was on the way. Our wait wasn’t long at all, and he took care of our tow. I would definitely recommend this company! David K picked up my call immediately and adjusted their schedule to get me in urgently so that I can make my afternoon repair appointment and be able to pick my kids up on time. The driver Jason showed up on time and was even a little early. He was communicative, friendly, professional. They towed my car on a flatbed trailer from wendell to Apex. I was referred to them by lizard lick towing who was busy. The price quote was on the high-end but it was pretty comparable to what others were charging in the area. I was willing to pay more for someone who was responsive and able to get me in urgently.

Went to pick up some meat at the Butcher’s Market last night, came out and my car wouldn’t crank. I called Kimball’s and asked if they had anyone near me. He said “I’m probably an hour out, but I’ll make this drop and I’ll text you my arrival time”. A few minutes went by and he texted me he’d be at my location in less than thirty minutes. David was at my car 28 minutes later, hooked the car up and had it on the truck within minutes. Super nice guy, took care of my car and dropped it off for me at the shop that will fix it. Quick and easy, great service, very reasonable. I’d recommend these guys to anyone needing a tow. Thanks David.

Wanted to charge me a higher rate for credit card than cash but then couldn't make change for my cash payment. Nice way to scam some extra money out of an already bad situation
