A wonderful, well kept apartment for a good price. They allowed us to do a monthly rental until we could find a house we liked. The staff has been incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience living at Oak Pointe, though I got transferred and only had the chance to live there for about 4 months, it was a very lovely apartment, and very quiet. Would have been better if 13th wasn't closed, but nobody can control that!
Dealt with one of those O'Connor people myself. Very rude, arrogant, look down on ya and think they are better. Cheaply built over priced crap apts. With sub par people running it and building it. If I ever had to rent or recommend it, i sure wouldn't. Well actually I would, but only to really stupid trashy people. If I could rate it lower I would. The character of these people is a joke. And for those who commented on affordable. Lol. Buy a house
One of the few places in Grand Island that allows pets. Really nice people to work with.
