I contacted quite a few companies before I made my decision to go with National Transport. They weren't the cheapest option but in my mind they were the best. I got fair and accurate information from their team. They answered all my questions and ultimately my car was delivered in a timely manner without any issues or problems. I had a minivan shipped from Long Island NY to Alabama. Not the usual route for most companies and I was either inundated by telemarketer calls or couldn't find a transport within the timeframe I was looking for. Within hours of contacting National Transport they not only found me a driver but picked my car up within 24 hours. They were fast, efficient and honest. I used this company twice. I had my car shipped from Kansas City MO to Orlando FL. This experience was very much to my liking. Well, when I decided to move back to KC, I of course called them back. Set up the contract, gave dates and thought all was fine. My car was supposed to be picked up on Monday and arrive in KC on Wednesday. I received a call from the driver telling me I needed to have someone drive my car to him. Oh My that's not what I paid for. So I called the company that took money out of my account. They said we'll call you back which they did and told me the driver could get on the street and he would be picking up my car (BTW this is my deceased mothers car). My car was never picked up. Over the next 5 days I called everyday and never received a return call. I finally talk to Claire whom I had left messages for and she says she has no idea what was going on. I asked her to have a manager call me. Didn't receive another call until a driver says he picking up may car the following Sunday and it wouldn't arrive to me until the next Friday. When I finally received a phone call from the manager, I told him the entire story including the fact I was not able to go on any of the 11 job interviews I had been offered and I felt they should take sumthin off my bill. I had lower quotes from other companies, I chose to pay more because of the previous service. Pablo told me he sympathizes with me but there was nothing he could do about my bill because he would have to take the loss. All I can say people, if anything goes wrong that you didn't sign up for, Beware!!
I was very weary of shipping my car from Maryland to Washington State. However, National Transport was easy to work with and laid my fears to rest (after two panicky, Saturday morning phone calls asking if National Transport was really sure it could get the car to me safely). They located and contracted with a broker who was able to pick up the 1965 Shelby Cobra replica quickly. National Transport worked with me throughout the entire process and placed me in contact with the broker upon request. The broker delivered the car two days sooner than expected without incident. All around great job. Couldn't be happier with the service.
