I didn’t think I’d be done in a day but the water pump was leaking like a sieve and the right rear drive wheel seal had blown. Both repaired in one day. A big thanks to Steve and Quinn who I worked with they’re an awesome crew.
Took my RV here for rear brakes and new shocks. It took them over 2 months, and the only time I could get an update was when I physically went down there because the service guys were never available and would not call me back. When they said it was finished, I noticed the brake light was now on when it wasn't before, and the brakes were still not working. They kept it another week and still couldn't figure it out. They charged me 4 thousand just for the brakes and still not working. I refused to take it back to them after all this and had to do a charge back on my card. O out of 10 do not recommend.
This is truly a one stop shop, parts for all makes and models of truck. Don’t let the international name fool you because they will work on anything you’ve got. One of the best priced truck shops in the area. Any and all work they aren’t afraid of it. They have always done an outstanding job with service and Brent in the service department was always very open and communicative.
One stop shop for all your Semi Truck and Trailer needs! They have a lot of Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth, and ALOT of International parts on hand! They will work on any large truck or trailer that you might have! The service department is TOP NOTCH!! They will work with you and get you back on the road as quickly as they can! They have a Mobile Service Truck if you are out on the interstate broke down. Give them a Call!!
Please do not do any business at this store. I had NCI work on a truck that was not running. They told me it was fuel pump, replaced that. Then it was the ECM and I replaced that. Then it was the the injectors so I replaced all injectors. They told me it was good to go and tried driving it and it would not run. This was over around a 6 week time frame and the service communication was horrible with Brent the service manager the whole time. I ended up having around 8 thousand dollars into this truck and on the final day at the shop they told me that the motor was junk and needed to be replaced. The service capabilities of this shop are horrible and charge over 150 a hour for service time. Please do not take any equipment to NCI Rochester. I would not want anybody else to have this experience. I had to pay all the service fees and now have to find a new motor for it.
