Nora over at one call logistics is by far the best in the business. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of transport, the communication was flat out impeccable. No call center no waiting we got text and photo updates and text and calls from Nora with every move her transport made. If you want a hassle free hands off trustworthy transport company go with Nora at one call, you will not be disappointed!
One Call Logistics transported my boat from Indiana to Michigan, and they did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear the whole way through, and I always knew what was happening. This was especially important because I was out of town and wasn't there to meet the driver on delivery. Larry coordinated the entire project, and he was great to work with -- very organized and easy to reach. The delivery was right on time and exactly as promised. I would highly recommend One Call to anyone needing to transport a vehicle.
If you live in Wyoming or a rural area without a lot of people and businesses this is not a good company to use. They are a broker, which means they donβt actually own any vehicles that can move your trailer. They rely on carriers to move your trailer. I called this company about 3 weeks before I had to have my trailer moved. They charged me $1200 total for the move. They required a $400 deposit up front before they would set up a carrier to move the trailer. And then $800 to the driver upon delivery. The guy on the phone said itβd be no problem getting my trailer moved on the day I needed it moved. I contacted the company 4 days before my trailer needed moved and was told everything is good to go. I contacted the company the morning before I needed my trailer moved and was told everything is good to go. I contacted the company later that afternoon because I had not been contacted by a carrier that was going to move my trailer. At this point Iβm 18 hours from my trailer needing to get on the road. And what would you know, this company had failed to get anyone set up to move my trailer. I was told, Wyoming is a hard place to get companies to move trailers. Well, that sure would have been nice to know 3 weeks prior, donβt you think? Lesson learned. Moral of the story is, call an actual carrier to move your trailer. Not a broker. They will lie up and down until the last hours, just to get a few hundred dollars. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with a local tow company, and they moved my trailer exactly when I needed it done, for $800. Call local, call carriers. Not brokers, like One Call Logistics.
Today I made a call. So far has been the best, when it comes to moving my camper. I have had exceptionally bad luck on moving them. Today's call put my mind at ease talking with Julia. Explaining what I didn't want to happen again. She assured me would be professional driver, and told me what she thought could do. Within the hour she called back and someone is picking up in tomorrow π. I will keep you posted on the move but for now a 10 out 10! I thought I posted but apparently not, so here's updated. First off the driver that came and picked it up (Dave) made me feel at ease. So professional, camper savvy, experienced driver, and prepared I had a very bad experience with previous RV moving place and was scared to move it. OneCall Delivered! Picked up on time, delivered on time, and courteous updates. I will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone wanting fifth wheel camper moved. Thank you Julia(Amaz Fast π) for doing what you promised.
This company was great. Isahia was wonderful to work with. He took very good care of everything. Awesome communication and attention. He also worked very hard to find a quality driver for the best price. I would highly recommend Isaiah and One Call Logistics for any transportation need you may have. I cannot say enough about them. Theyβre great!
