We had a very disappointing experience with this trucking company due to the behavior of their driver. First, he showed up without a pallet jack, so we brought one out for him to help. Instead of using it, he told us we had to go into his truck and pull out our pallet ourselves — without telling us which pallet was even ours. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s also unsafe and a waste of our time. When we asked for cooperation, the driver became argumentative and threw a tantrum instead of doing his job. He only started cooperating after we had to call the warehouse. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and we hope the company addresses it seriously so others don’t have to deal with the same treatment.
