Halis was great to work with — very nice and professional throughout the entire process. Pickup and delivery were both on time, and photos were shared at each location. The driver called the delivery contact an hour in advance as requested, and the receiver mentioned that the driver was courteous and helpful with unloading. Would definitely work with them again!
This business is located in apartment 9, but my apartment (the one next door) is being used in their correspondence and mail without permission. I am the legal resident of my apartment, and I have not authorized the use of my address. I have no connection or affiliation with this business. This situation is unprofessional and should be corrected immediately.
I had a terrible experience with this company from start to finish. I hired them to transport a vehicle, and they delivered it damaged, after hours, and literally left it on the curb with no warning or accountability. Worse, they lost the vehicle title, which has now caused a massive headache with the auction house — and I’ve been told a duplicate can’t even be issued. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to forge documents and claim that I had signed off on the title — which is completely false. The only person who ever signed anything was their driver at the time of pickup. I never authorized or signed off on the title, and their records are dishonest at best. Their team was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — not just with me but also with my staff. When I tried to get answers, I was met with attitude and deflection instead of help. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Between the property damage, lost legal documents, and forged paperwork, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unacceptable.

I went this morning to drop off an item that I am going to return according to the seller return barcode ( Amazon that I ordered)but they didn’t take my item. One of the woman gave a rude behavior. She said that they don’t take it Amazon return. The address was 168-170 Genessee Ave. Paterson NJ.
