2 locations in Caguas. The one in Bairoa on the google maps is open at Saturdays until 5... I arrived after 40 minutes drive and found it closed...after I called the head office the told me that isn't open Saturday and send me to their other shop at the #1... arrived 15:55 and the employee refused to serve as "they stop the service list at 16:00 !!! One hour before they close the refuse service!!! Note this: I am their client for more then 10 years and have to 5 vehicles their tires.... I had to ask them to call the Head Office.... I wasn't planning to go without a fight!!!! THIS USE TO BE A BUSINESS GIVING GOOD SERVICE....not anymore.
Recently i posted about poor customer service regarding asking for millage warranty (alll but excuses to honor it). Now, i called two days ago since i really liked the tire so i call for availability of 4 tires. I was told will return my call after i shared tire model and size... it NEVER happend. I ended up buying a set of 4 Michellin tires. In brief: poor after the sale service. Distracted to provide the necesary info to clients in order for them to make an informed decision. Great brand but Company's culture is not up to level. I know that if i write Corporate Office it would definitly be a more carefull experience. Multiventas LLC should be selling chinese tires 🤣🤣🤣 with few or non feedback from customers due to low product expectancies ðŸ¤
