I had a missed pickup for my residential trash in Ferndale. When I called, a live local person answered the phone! Kelly was incredibly nice, and after I sent a picture they came back and got it within about 45 minutes. If this was Waste Management, or another company I'd have to create an account and go out of my way to get anyone to do anything. Accidents happen, but I was really happy with the service received.
This morning I just happened to look out the window when I saw your truck. I noticed that when the worker picked up the bag with the grass clippings, the clippings fell out. What a mess! However, the employee picked up all the clippings. I was so impressed I ran out to tell him how much I appreciated him picking up the clippings. I told him what a great job he did. He replied he always does that!
I called this morning to inquire about why my garbage wasn’t picked up in Ferndale. I had tried calling the city’s DPW department twice and used the app see click fix, with no responses. So… I called Car trucking and talked with Kelly, she was so kind, she asked me me to send her a photo and got back to me within an hour to say the truck would be coming soon. It was so refreshing to have some kindness, she deserves a raise!
We are very proud of the employees and how they care for the residents in the communities we service. We have currently serviced Birmingham and Bingham Farms for 40 years and Ferndale and Beverly Hills for over a decade. Although, mistakes will happen, we will always do our best to resolve and take care of the situations.
