Not the friendliest Staff when calling, Very knowledgeable, however, I had them sandblast and i got billed a full hour and change @ $250. I got it back and still didn't complete what i asked. They said they have strong machines to tear down anything paint except powder coatings. I spent nearly $800 bucks prior weeks for materials etc but this time has done it for me. The woman added extra times on top of what they didn't complete and even the blaster said he made the mistake and can place on his credit but the older woman tried to put up a fight. Ill never do business with this particular company again. I will be posting photos of poor workmanship, high bills for incomplete work. Be warned, some of the staff isn't friendly and will make you shame in front of others. NEVER AGAIN!
I called in for a couple questions as it’s my first time looking into this company. I wanted to rent an equipment and I thought it’s a great company to call and inquire.. My experience with this company was… vastly terrible and waste of time. The lady at the front desk who WORKS there doesn’t know my simple questions of prices for the equipments. Each time I called to inquire about the pricing from the very same equipment, the prices constantly change. I feel like it’s a telephone game, very informal and unprofessional with how they handled it.
Linda went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed before our craft came on site.
