First of all this the nasty company in Joliet Illinois. They charge you for every thing even if to run into stop light. They have old equipments and worst dispatchers. If you have a clean record don’t try to come to this scam company.

During my 3 months with the MR Express Inc. I borrowed eleven-years-old trailer. While driving on a very busy expressway, two wheels came off! Soon after annual inspection, inspector appointed by the company. The cause was due to broken bearings, the hub showed only some burned grease. What’s more, the company initially sold me full trailer insurance which should have seen me covered for eventualities such as this one described here. However, despite this cover, they still charged me for repairing the trailer. As well as the repair costs, when I returned the trailer; Mario Rzepa unfairly charged me for the replacement of the some unit part and some other unrelated repairs inside the trailer. I STRONGLY CONTEST THESE EXTRA CHARGES! Altogether costs came to two weeks gross UNPAID SERVICE! I have been trying to get my money back through the courts. However, given the sums involved, I have found it difficult to get legal representation. I would like to add that; in the general agreement it was stated that I would return the equipment "in the same good condition as receive". The issues which caused the accident were due to the pre-existing condition of the trailer. I feel cheated by the company. I would also like my concerns regarding MR Express Inc and owners Mario Rzepa and Robert Pierzchala to be noted in any reviews of the company.
