The ribs were super tender and smoked to perfection! The sauce was amazing! The baked bean were also delicious. I didn’t care for the Mac and cheese. The cook was cool as hell and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for some more :)
Tried the ribs at the rib round up event and these were by far the best ones we tried. The ribs had a great flavor on their own and they were fall off the bone tender. The mustard based sauce was also so flavorful. Definitely give them a try if you see their food truck around!

Delicious, hometown bbq. I bought the pulled pork sandwich dinner. Shared it with my daughter and promptly purchased the jumbo bbq wing (the only remaining one). Definitely recommend.
We hired Clark's for our annual Halloween Block Party, they were a huge hit. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious, just ask our neighborhood - Clark's BBQ & More fed 100+ neighbors and ran out of food (which was a good thing). Highly recommend them, make sure you get the CAKE - Ahhhhhmazing!!! 5 Stars from this very satisfied customer - will hire again!
