I had a very bad experience with Mountaintop Trucking. They delivered a load for me, but in the process, they dumped it in a different spot that I requested and as the truck drove to the edge of my driveway, he tore up a large section of driveway. I told the driver and he laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders. I sent photos and talked to them about the situation they told me that they have so many issues with truck drivers ruining people's property, that if they fixed everyone's properties they destroyed, they wouldn't have time to make any deliveries. He then hung the phone up on me in the middle of me talking. The material they delivered was poor quality and they do not stand behind their product.
I cannot say enough super things about Mountain Top Trucking. Stellar customer service - fantastic follow ups/check ins. They are the best and we're super lucky to have them in Litchfield County.
We have used them for a decade and they have NEVER let us down. Fantastic service, great product, very fair pricing.
