Told me they could get me in Friday then immediately told me nope wouldn’t it would have to be next week after finding out what type of vehicle it was very poor customer service.
I've been going to Trucks N Toys for the past 1.5 years and they always do awesome work on my FJ. The staff communicates well, is professional, and finishes the work in a reasonable time at a fair price. I most recently had them remove a winch from this ARB bumper in prep for selling my FJ Cruiser.

After Searching for ruffly 2 months & talking 2 multiple shops n getting either a No we don't install 5th wheels or Sorry Sir we can not install your fifth wheel hitch and mounts under ur bed, So I called TNT on a Tuesday and that Friday they where able to get me in and had no problem installing my Demco 21,000 underbed fifth wheel hitch. Honestly there isn't enough stars to give this shop they did an outstanding job little pricey but old saying is u pay 4 what u get. TNT thank u again for the Job u did on my 2015 GMC 3500 I most definitely will pass ur work along...
*Update after companies comment on my review: Thank you for acknowledging the communication issue. However, the bottom line is simple: I agreed to a diagnostic. I did not authorize parts to be purchased or installed, and you were going to proceed without my consent. Whether the part was $30 or $300, it’s the principle—clear communication and permission were missing. My financial situation or past repair history is irrelevant and should not be used to justify poor business practices. I stand by my review and will leave it up to others to decide how they feel about a shop that acts before getting approval. * first comment: DO NOT TRUST other reviews about this company on Google…Spent $200; my car wasn’t even fixed. It’s still undiagnosed; (same codes still on it as when I brought it in) was told it would be $150 to do that. Had my car for almost one week without even a phone call to tell me what was wrong. They just did the work. Charged me without speaking to me. So much miscommunication with Steve & Dave. I now have to pay another mechanic.
